Jan has over 30 years' experience in the fishing industry where he served as an executive in roles as Managing Director, Director, Advisor and at senior Financial and Managerial positions. He played critical roles in negotiating major international marketing agreements. His responsibilities have included horse mackerel fisheries, pilchard fisheries, monk fisheries and oyster farming in Namibia. He has travelled extensively and has established extended networks throughout the fishing industry worldwide.

Louis has over 12 years commercial experience in industries ranging from financial services, FMCG, food & beverages and consulting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant [CA (SA)] and serves as a financial executive in the QSR industry. His responsibilities include financial operations, relationship management and trade. He has travelled extensively and has established extended networks.

Javier has over 30 years' experience in the industry involving fresh fish trawling, trawler fleets, fish freezing facilities, fish canning and serving as a member of the Peruvian National Fisheries Association, where he has served as Director, Principal Advisor and at senior Management level. He has served as advisor to management in fishing companies in Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Spain, Morocco, Thailand and Namibia. He has travelled extensively and has established worldwide networks for the procurement of canned and frozen fish products across 5 Continents.

Miguel has over 30 years' experience in the fishing industry where he has served as Managing Director, Advisor and at Senior Managerial levels. He is a specialist in research and development in the fishing industry, with extensive experience in the identification and development of new product lines, the improvement of processes and problem resolution relating to quality control and environmental management in the fishing supply chain. He spearheaded research and development projects supporting numerous scientific and technological publications, provides national and international advice and consulting , and has extensive experience in leading and strengthening the Sanitary Fisheries Authority of Peru.
